You can set up a custom organisational structure, based on the roles within your business, and assign permissions to each role. You can have as many roles as you want – so you can set up different roles for associates handling litigation and bankruptcy cases, and give them permissions to only access files in these areas of law.
For cases when someone has to hop on a project unexpectedly, you can also edit permissions on an individual file or category level. This allows all individuals to access the files that they need to see with just a few clicks of the mouse.
